Payments for Ebay sales accepted via PayPal. Australian customers may also BPAY into our Australian bank account. Bank remittance to our Japanese bank account is also permitted, but international bank transfer fees are expensive.

All parts items will be shipped via EMS, DHL or UPS unless otherwise specified by the buyer. All items will be shipped as a gift. All items sent will have an insurance value equal to the purchase price.

NEW ITEMS may be returned within fourteen days of arrival to the destination country providing the item and its contents are still in brnad new condition. Please notify us immediately via email or telephone if a NEW ITEM arrives in a damaged state. We will send a replacement or follow insurance procedures to claim for losses. SECOND HAND ITEMS are all pre-tested in our workshop before listing on Ebay to ensure 100% operation. All sales for SECOND HAND ITEMS are final and as a general rule NO refunds are allowed. Please note: In the case of returning a product for refund, all shipping and customs will be charged to the customer. A full refund on the value of the goods only will be paid once the returned good/s arrive back to Japex Ltd in Japan.
