What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Wise or direct transfers to our designated bank account. Please note that bank handling fees are charged for direct transfers.
Does the listed price include VAT or any import tax charges?
Duties and import taxes are not included in the total price. We are a registered company in Japan so we are not allowed to charge foeiegn taxes. Please check your local import rules and regulations to see if there are any taxes required to pay upon arrival.
Can I colect my order in person?
Yes, pick-up can be arranged. Please make an appointment by telephone or email. Please note that we can only store items in our warehouse for a maximum of 14 days.
Can I make changes to a completed order?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible. Please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible before your order is processed. We may not be able to accept a cancellation on orders that have already been processed.
How long will it take to ship out my item?
All in-stock items will be posted wtihin two business days. Non-stocked items will vary depending on the manifacturers stcok availability. Please contact us to check on availability prior to purchasing.
Once posted, how long will it take for my item to arrive?
Items shipped via DHL or FedEx, will arrive within 3-5 days. Items posted via Japan post will arrive within 7-10 days. All orders have full online tracking availability
My parcel in on hold and delayed. What should I do?
International shipments go through screening by customs to obtain clearance when they enter your country. This can occasionally cause unexpected delays. Please contact us if your order is delayed and we will do everything to assist in the prompt delivery of your parcel.
Can I track my order?
A delivery confirmation email that includes the tracking URL of your parcel will be mailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received a delivery confirmation email.
Can I use the APO/FPO/DPO address for shipping?
We can ship to all US bases that are located in Japan. Please contact us if your base is not located in Japan and we will check on shipping options to your base.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We may not be able to accept returns if the request is made after this period.
Who pays for the return shipping costs in the case of a return & or exchange?
For returns due to buyer preference and or exchange, all shipping costs and import duty will be the responsibilty of the buyer.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged or is the incoorect item?
Please contact us within 14 days if an item arrives in a damaged state or is an incorrect item. Please take detailed images of the damaged item and the packaging. We will issue a return label and proceed with issuing a replacement item.
Are your items in stock?
Whilst we do stock popular items, some items are ordered from the manufacturer once an order has been placed. Stock status is listed on the product page.
The item or packaging is diffferent from the images on our site.
Whilst every effort is made to supply images of each item, some manufacturers only supply a generic image for their products. Please note that product packing may change without any notification from the manufacturer.
What do I do if I can't fine the item I am searching for on your store?
Please contact us and let us know what you are after. Even if it is not vehicle related, we can supply anything that is for sale here in Japan.
Can you ship hazardous good & materials like oil?
Whilst we can ship most oil related products, airbag related products cannot be air freighted due to gunpowder that is contained internally. Please contact us about sea shipping options.
